These schemes also run to hard completion dates for sales, lettings, and occupancy, so we plan our work to hit them. And multi-occupancy residential carries serious life-safety obligations, so fire detection, alarm, and emergency lighting are designed and installed to comply and to keep residents safe, with energy efficiency and BER performance built in from the start.
